I was looking for something that catered for not just the elderly for myself to use. I found that with Ally she was very interested in my likes and dislikes which means everything we do is catered for my needs. Ally became a companion for mum at the beginning of October 2021. We were looking for someone warm, friendly, genuine fun and active and Ally is all of those things and more! .. Nothing is too much trouble and mum warmed to her immediately. Since Ally, there has been dancing to favourite songs in the house, heartfelt quiet chats, swimming and walks and even pretty woman style shopping expeditions! Ally gauges the mood and requirements of each day perfectly and acts accordingly. She has been invaluable during a recent difficult time of bereavement. She feels like a member of our family and we can't believe we've been lucky enough to find her!.. Natalie M

I cannot recommend Ally enough, she has given Janet the highest standard of care on the days she provides respite for me. Janet took to Ally from the start and looks forward to her visits, she has dementia and finds it difficult to interact with other people but from the start she has always felt comfortable with Ally. Ally is always considerate, accommodating, friendly and most importantly caring, she understands Janet's needs. She is very professional, helpful and supportive and always finds a way to lift Janet's spirits on her bad days. Ally we appreciate you and thank you for taking such good care of our lovely Janet. When my search began for a Personal Assistant for my mum, I was anxious as to whether we'd find someone who we can both completely trust and rely on, and who Mum enjoys spending so much time with too. We feel so lucky that we came across Ally. From the initial meeting over 1 year ago, Mum knew Ally was the right fit. She's bubbly, fun, empathetic and completely reliable. I can go to work with no worry at all that mum is in good hands. Mum has gained not only a helping hand which has given her a new found independence, but a friend too. I would go as far to say that Mum's quality of life has greatly improved since Ally came into it.. Thank you Ally and i hope you'll stay in Mum's life for years to come ! ... Millie T

I have Ally on Monday & Thursday, we have a laugh always. Ally does the shopping with me and then to the cafe. If you need someone, Ally is definitely the one you need... Michelle T

Ally has been engaged on a companionship basis for my mum since May 2022 and has become a firm favourite with her. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ally and she provides support and friendship in so many ways that would be hard to replicate. Ally has been visiting Mum for over a year. She has been an enormous help with looking after Mum who has early onset dementia. Ally goes above and beyond to help support Mum and in doing so helps us massively as a family, nothing is too much trouble. Ally really understands Mum, treats her with respect and ensures that all of her visits are client centred. Instinctively Ally does all things that Mum enjoys with trips out to various places to walk, coffee and lunch treats too. They have a great time together and Ally keeps us updated after each visit with a message or voice note & photos from trips out. She has been an absolute star in this difficult dementia journey; we feel so lucky to have found Ally and can relax for a bit when we know Mum is with her... Angie H

Ally has been working with Mum for over a year and she truly is a gem. She brings a great deal of joy to Mum who has early onset dementia and makes her visits client centred by doing things with Mum that she likes to do, such as walks, visiting the farm shop and department stores, as well as cafe's for coffee and lunches. Ally is always flexible and nothing is too much trouble. She helps Mum with GP and vets appointments and helps to collect her prescriptions and in doing so takes a lot of pressure off us. This is much appreciated as we aren't local to Mum.
Ally is always kind and patient and provides regular updates after her visits. I am so grateful that we found Ally as she not only brings Mum happiness but she is also a massive support to us. Thank you so much Ally- Kate H
